 Ordering Instructions
  • Be sure to fully describe each item on your order.
  • When ordering cords with single strands, state the single strand color.

  • When ordering C216 and similar styles in two colors, state the edgecord color and the single strands color.

  • When ordering cords with tips, state Nickle or Gilt AND Brass or Nylon. Add 25 cents per tip extra for Brass Tips. 
 Terms
  • Customers with established credit and school purchase orders are billed N30.
  • Many times N30 can be set up over the telephone. Call us if you need this service.
  • We accept MasterCard,Visa, and Government Credit Cards.
  • We will ship C.O.D. or Proforma.
  • We do not ship C.O.D. to resident addresses.
  • We will send the bill under a separate cover the same day that we ship your products. As a result, the bill sometimes arrives before the merchandise.

 Returns
  • Any defective cord may be returned.
  • Only one color, unused cords may be returned for credit.
  • Two and three color cords may not be returned.
  • No custom-made cord may be returned.
  • If you need to return cords, please notifiy us in advance.
 Custom Styles
We have over 100 styles to choose from but we still welcome custom orders. We can make your cords from pictures, drawings and sometimes verbal descriptions. If you have an idea or sketch that you want to develop, talk to us.
